Abstract

Representative achievement evaluation is an important measure to deepen the reform of the professional title system in the new era.Province A tried out a representative achievement system in professional title evaluation in 2023,effectively enriching the methods of talent performance evaluation,constructing a new paradigm for talent evaluation,and enhancing the credibility of evaluation.However,as found in the research,the operation of the representative achievement system in Province A faces challenges such as significant differences in system implementation,insufficient diversity of evaluation criteria,the need to strengthen the authority of evaluation mechanisms,and the need to improve the functionality of result application.To fully realize the significance of the representative achievement system,we should improve the top-level system design,construct a multidimensional classification evaluation system,optimize the internal operation mechanism of the evaluation committee,and enhance the effectiveness of the application of evaluation results.
