摘要
Abstract
In recent years,around the implementation of the strategy of building a strong talent country in the new era,as well as high-level self-reliance and high-quality development,various regions have combined their own development reality,adhered to talent leading and talent drive,accelerated the layout of talent highlands and platforms,promoted the construction of strategic talent strength,deepened the reform and policy innovation of talent systems and mechanisms in key areas,promoted the integration of the"four chains"for high-quality development,and built a perfect policy support system for gathering talents from all over the world.At the same time,there are still shortcomings in the current talent work in various regions compared to the demand for developing new quality productivity.In the coming period,various regions should further combine their own geographical advantages,natural endowments,resources,and unique environments to achieve differentiated,misaligned,and distinctive development,and promote the talent system innovation in the new era to a new level.关键词
