Abstract
In the field of vocational skill competitions,the"competition,exhibition,performance,and meeting"mode,as a comprehensive form of competitions,has gradually demonstrated its unique advantages and value.This mode organically combines competitions,exhibitions,performances,and meetings to provide a new platform for vocational skill competitions.This paper combines specific practice and exploration to analyze the operation mechanism,innovative points,and effectiveness of vocational skill competitions under the"competition,exhibition,performance,and meeting"mode.In response to the problems of incomplete system and mechanism of skill competitions,insufficient forms of skill exhibitions,weak interactivity of skill performances,and the need to enrich the communication content of meetings,in order to promote the future development of vocational skill competitions,we should establish a long-term development mechanism for skill competitions,further standardize competition organization,scientize exhibition organization,diversify performance organization,directionally organize meetings,implement wide organization and publicity,and promote the sustainable development of the"competition,exhibition,performance,and meeting"mode.关键词
