Abstract

The technical characteristics of coaching leadership that directly promotes employees'innovative potential are increasingly attracting attention.Based on the theory of job characteristics and the theory of planned behavior,starting from the perspective of individual responsibility,introducing constructive change responsibility as a mediating variable,the internal action mechanism of coaching leadership in stimulating employees'innovation behavior is explored;based on the social exchange theory,a theoretical model is constructed by introducing leader-member exchange as a situational moderating variable;the model is tested using 426 samples from technology-based enterprises in multiple regions across the country.As shown by the research results,coaching leadership positively influences the generation and execution of employees'innovative ideas,constructive change responsibility plays a mediating role,and leader-member exchange positively moderates the relationship between coaching leadership and constructive change responsibility,and can moderate the mediating effect of constructive change responsibility.
