基层公共就业服务的优化对策
Optimization Strategies for Primary-level Public Employment Service Practice

Abstract
Under the new situation,promoting the sinking of public employment services to the primary level and enhancing the capacity of primary-level employment services are important means to consolidate the foundation of employment work.At present,the external macro environment of primary-level public employment services is constantly evolving,the difficulty of work has significantly increased,functional dislocation and insufficient function play coexist,personnel allocation is insufficient,professionalism needs to be improved,the efficiency of digital construction is insufficient,and there are still obstacles to data sharing and development.How to adjust the service mode of primary-level public employment services in a timely manner to adapt to the new changes in the employment situation and the new requirements of high-quality and full employment work in the new era has become an important research topic.This paper takes the construction of the"15min employment service circle"in City S as a case study,and summarizes it from five aspects,including strengthening institutional guarantees,building service carriers,strengthening supporting elements,finding effective tools,and innovating construction models.As shown by the practice,to promote primary-level public employment services,we should be close to actual needs and optimize the supply of employment services;adapt to the characteristics of youth employment and enhance the accuracy of service supply;continuously empower and enhance the functionality of primary-level stations;strengthen personnel allocation and enhance the professional capabilities of the team;deepen digital empowerment and enhance data sharing efficiency.关键词
