Promotion Strategies of Work-related Injury Protection for Online Delivery Personnel:Triple Drive of Policy Guidance,Corporate Responsibility,and Market Innovation

Abstract
Expanding the work-related injury protection path for online delivery personnel is an important task to ensure and improve people's livelihoods in development.Based on empirical investigation of online delivery personnel,the triple protection path of policy guidance,corporate social responsibility,and innovation of online delivery personnel accidental injury insurance products is used as the analytical framework.As found by the research,the current pilot scope of work-related injury protection for online delivery personnel is limited,local regulations on work-related injury protection for online delivery personnel have not yet formed a unified standard,the compensation standards of accidental injury insurance have not covered the actual losses of online delivery personnel,and platform enterprises lack safety training for online delivery personnel.To improve the work-related injury protection for online delivery personnel,we should strengthen policy guidance,do a good job in preventing work-related injuries,support enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities,and accelerate the innovation of products such as accidental injury insurance for online delivery personnel.关键词
