Abstract
After the founding of the People's Republic of China,numerous female Red Army soldiers who par-ticipated in the Long March served on the political and legal front.They perpetuated the Long March spirit,ex-ercising impartial law enforcement with incorruptible integrity,achieving distinguished accomplishments.Across sectors including legal education,legislative activities,judicial work,public security,procuratorial work and other fields,there were many female Red Army soldiers who once fought on the battlefield.They have made sig-nificant contributions to the construction of the rule of law in New China,leaving behind valuable spiritual legacy and historical references.They hold an indispensable position in China's legal history and have profound impli-cations for the contemporary rule of law advancement.关键词
