Abstract
In order to further promote the development of the cosmetics industry and accelerate the use of new raw materials in cosmetic production,it is essential to guide raw material developers toward deeper"source-level innovation".This article identifies key risk control points that cosmetics manufacturers should focus on when using new raw materials.It examines the critical risks associated with their production and application and offers insights into how new raw materials can drive product innovation and improve quality.The goal is to provide a technical reference to support compliant production practices within the industry.关键词
