岩藻多糖抗肿瘤机制研究进展
Research Progress on The Anti-Tumor Mechanism of Fucoidan
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]To explore the mechanism of antitumor activity of fucoidan polysaccharide.[Method]The relevant literatures were analyzed and summarized in CNKI,Wanfang Database,VIP database,PubMed database and Web of Science database with the keywords of fucoidan,anticancer,anti-tumor and mechanism of action.[Result]Fucoidan played anti-tumor role by blocking cell cycle,inducing cell apoptosis,blocking tumor neovascularization,regulating immunity and inhibiting tumor metastasis.[Conclusion]This study can provide theoretical support for the research and development of fucoidan anti-tumor drugs,health products and functional foods.关键词
