摘要

Abstract

The inflammasome response in host cells is a key research focus in understanding the interaction between Salmonella and host.Infection with Salmonella activates the host cell inflammasome signaling pathway,which,on one hand,induces pyroptosis and facilitates early bacterial clearance,and on the other hand,mediates inflammasome-dependent hyperactivation of immune cells,thereby promoting the initiation of specific adaptive immune responses.This review summarizes recent advances in the understanding of inflammasome responses induced by Salmonella infection and their impact on the development of adaptive immunity,aiming to provide references for elucidating the pathogenesis of Salmonella and advancing strategies for disease prevention and control.
