Abstract
Digital technology offers new ideas for solving the problem of supervising micro-power in rural areas.The digital empowerment of rural micro-power supervision includes three dimensions,namely,technology,organization,and environment.The technology dimension focuses on the mining of supervision information,the organization dimension analyzes structural transformation,and the environment dimension pays attention to ecological construction.There is a tension between technological rationality and the complexity of the grassroots governance context,which leads to the problems of technological suspension and the prominent digital formalism under the grassroots strategic response,as well as the adaptability dilemma caused by the tension between technological rigidity and the flexibility of rural governance.The contradiction between cross-departmental data sharing and the allocation of rights and responsibilities also increases the difficulty of coordination.It is necessary to promote the deep coupling of digital technology and the grassroots governance context,strengthen the mechanism of shared responsibility and coordination,build a cross-level su-pervision network,and promote the mutual construction of digital empowerment and institutional empowerment,so as to break through the problem of supervising micro-power in rural areas.关键词
