甜菜ACCase基因家族鉴定及生物信息学分析
Identification and Bioinformatics Analysis of ACCase Family in Sugar Beet

Abstract
[Objective]To analyze the potential relationship between sugar beet acetyl-CoA carboxylase(BvACCase)and ACCase-inhibiting herbicides,[Methods]this study conducted genome-wide identification of the BvACCase family through BLAST alignment and Pfam analysis,and analyzed their physicochemical properties,subcellular localization,types,phylogenetic relationships,gene structures,and promoter cis-acting elements.[Results](1)Twelve homologous family members of BvACCase were identified in sugar beet with amino acid numbers ranging from 61 to 2 258 and protein molecular weights ranging from 6 655.44 to 252 250.18 Da.These members encode four subunits of heteromeric BvACCase-BC(4),BCCP(3),α-CT(2),β-CT(2)and one homomeric ACCase;Most BvACCase proteins were unstable hydrophilic proteins localized to mitochondria and chloroplasts.(2)Significant variations were observed in protein length,molecular size,isoelectric point,and exon numbers.Chromosomal localization revealed gene clusters on specific chromosomes,though some genes had undetermined positions.(3)Phylogenetic analysis classified BvACCase proteins into three clades,with sugar beet KMT03735 showing close evolutionary relationship to spinach ACCase(XP_021867376),implying functional convergence in herbicide resistance.(4)Cis-acting element analysis of the promoter indicated that BvACCase contains drought-responsive and light-responsive elements,along with hormone-inducible motifs(e.g.,abscisic acid,salicylic acid),which may enhance adaptability to herbicides and other stresses.[Conclusion]The abundance of heteromeric BvACCase in sugar beet likely contributes to its tolerance to ACCase-inhibiting herbicides,providing theoretical support for the application of these herbicides to weed control for sugar beet.关键词
