甜高粱RIL群体农艺性状的主成分分析和综合评价
Principal Component Analysis and Comprehensive Evaluation of Agronomic Traits in Sweet Sorghum RIL Population

Abstract
[Objective]In order to select and develop new germplasm resources with breakthroughs in desirable comprehensive traits of sweet sorghum,a recombinant inbred line(RIL)population was constructed with sweet sorghum RIO and the restoration line LR625 as parents and its six agronomic traits were comprehensively evaluated.[Methods]The sweet sorghum RIL population was analyzed and evaluated using principal component analysis and cluster analysis.[Results]The results showed that the six agronomic traits in the RIL population were rich in variation,and there were highly significant positive,significant,or significant negative correlations among different traits,and the correlations were complicated.Three common factors were identified by principal component analysis,in which biomass yield per plant,plant height and sugar content of stem were the main influencing factors.Based on the comprehensive evaluation scores,eight excellent sweet sorghum progeny lines were screened out of 76 materials.Based on the cluster analysis,the 76 materials were divided into three clusters,of which seven materials in cluster II had high breeding value.[Conclusion]The results of cluster analysis were consistent with the results of principal component analysis,and the family lines 59,67,42,60,38,and 64 were selected as sweet sorghum germplasm resources with more excellent biomass yield per plant,plant height and sugar content of stem in taxon Ⅱ.The present study can provide a reference for the comprehensive evaluation of progeny selection of sweet sorghum germplasm resources and the use of selection in sweet sorghum crossbreeding.关键词
