摘要

Abstract

[Objective]New sugarcane varieties with outstanding field comprehensive performance and high promotion value were screened out.[Methods]In this study,14 sugarcane clones were used as the research object,and 12 traits of quanlity and agronomy were comprehensively analyzed by projection pursuit method.[Results]The results showed that there were significant differences in plant height,brix,single stalk weight,millable stalk,cane yield,sugar yield,sugar content and other traits within sugarcane clone,and the coefficient of variation ranged from 2.13%to 37.87%.The results of correlation analysis showed that the cane yield and sugar yield were significantly positively correlated with stalk diameter,single stalk weight and millable stalk,and the sugar yield was significantly positively correlated with cane yield.The evaluation results of projection pursuit analysis showed that there were differences in the projection values among different sugarcane clones.The comprehensive score of'Yunrui 16-473'was the highest,followed by'Xintaitang 22'and'Yunrui 16-391'.The projection direction stalk diameter had the highest weight,while plant height had the lowest.[Conclusion]Cluster analysis based on the projection values showed that 14 sugarcane clones were divided into three groups,and the average projection values of each group were between 0.37 and 2.27.Three accessions(group III)with excellent comprehensive traits were screened out,which could be considered to increase the propagation area and promote the application.Further stepwise discriminant analysis of the clustering results showed that the average probability of correct judgment was 100%,which accurately reflected the field performance of 14 sugarcane clones.
