甘蔗新品种桂糖62号的选育

摘要
Abstract
[Objective]The study aims to provide more elite sugarcane varieties for sugarcane production,optimize the varietal structural layout and mitigate cultivation risks.[Method]Using the parental combination"Guitang 92-66×Chuanzhe 57-416",new sugarcane cultivars were developed through a five-stage breeding system.[Result]'Guitang62'(clone name:GT08-1045)was developed through sugarcane sexual hybridization and successfully completed national non-main crop variety registration in April 2024.The average cane yield of'Guitang 62'was 85.3 t/hm2 in Guangxi sugarcane variety regional trials,which was 6.8%higher than CK'Xintaitang22'(the same below);the average sucrose content of'Guitang 62'was 14.91%from November to March of the following year,which was 0.26 percentages higher than CK.In November,sucrose content of'Guitang 62'was 13.99%,which was 0.86 percentages higher than that of CK.The average sugar yield of Guitang 62 was 13.0 t/hm2,which was 12.9%higher CK.[Conclusion]With characteristics of early maturity,high sucrose content,high yield,easy to shed leaves and easy to cut,'Guitang 62'was suitable for promotion and cultivation in upland sugarcane area of Guangxi.关键词
