摘要

Abstract

[Objective]In order to understand transplanting survival rate,agronomic traits,and steviol glycoside content in dry leaves of'PC star 3'from different cutting propagation methods.[Methods]Three'PC star 3'plant sources(Jiangxi plug seedlings,Jiangxi cutting seedlings,Anhui cutting seedlings)were selected for field comparison experiments to investigate the survival rate,plant height at different growth stages,agronomic traits and steviol glycoside content in dry leaves.[Results]Survival rate of PC star 3 was Jiangxi plug seedlings(99.3%)>Anhui cutting seedlings(98.4%)>Jiangxi cutting seedlings(82.2%).The plant height,stem nodes and stem diameter of Jiangxi plug seedlings and Anhui cutting seedlings were higher than Jiangxi cutting seedlings,and there were significant differences between them.The dry leaf yields were Jiangxi plug seedlings(2.18 t/hm2)>Anhui cutting seedlings(1.96 t/hm2)>Jiangxi cutting seedlings(1.76 t/hm2).In terms of dry leaf steviol glycoside content,after the 80 th day,the content of steviol glycosides of'PC star 3'in different cutting propagation methods decreased to different degrees except for the RE content of 104 th in Jiangxi cutting seedlings.[Conclusion]In the cultivation of'PC star 3',the best choice is Jiangxi plug seedlings,followed by Anhui cutting seedlings,and the last is Jiangxi cutting seedlings.
