屈光参差性弱视患儿遮盖治疗照护者认知度的质性研究
Qualitative study on the awareness of caregivers of occlusion therapy for children with anisometropic amblyopia
摘要
Abstract
Objective Exploring the awareness of caregivers of children with anisometropic amblyopia towards occlu-sion therapy,and providing nursing practice basis for visual recovery and functional development of children with anisome-tropic amblyopia.Method Using qualitative research methods and purposive sampling,12 caregivers of children with aniso-metropic amblyopia were selected for semi-structured in-depth interviews,and content analysis was applied for data analysis and topic extraction.Result Three themes and seven sub themes were extracted,which are difficult to ensure the duration of covering;conflict between covering and going to school,affecting the effectiveness of covering;Not clear about the importance of covering up treatment,poor treatment compliance.Conclusion The low awareness of caregivers for children with anisometropic amblyopia is the main reason for inadequate coverage therapy.Optimizing the socialized care system for children with amblyopia is a key link in improving compliance with coverage therapy.Expanding the education path for caregivers of children with amblyopia is an important channel for developing personalized nursing interventions and improving the effectiveness of care for children with amblyopia.Future research can further optimize the care system for children with amblyopia.关键词
