儿童共同性外斜视眼位控制力对视功能发育及术后恢复的影响
Effect of eye position control on visual function development and postoperative recovery in children with concomi-tant exotropia

Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship between eye position control and visual function(VF)develop-ment,as well as postoperative VF recovery in concomitant exotropia(CX)children.Methods CX children(n=158)trea-ted in our hospital from March 2022 to November 2024 were selected as the research subjects,divided into good eye posi-tion control group(n=78)and poor eye position control group(n=80),and the development of bilateral VF was com-pared between the two groups of children.Analyze the influencing factors of binocular VF development.Hierarchical regression model was used to analyze the impact of different clinical features on binocular VF.There were 126 children who underwent corrective surgery and regular follow-up for eye position correction;Record the postoperative recovery of bilateral VF and analyze its influencing factors.Results Compared with the group with good eye position control,the myopic refrac-tive power of the dominant and non-dominant eyes of the children in the poor group was lower(P＜0.05),and the propor-tion of children with strabismus degree＞50Δ was higher(P＜0.05).The better the child's eye position control,the better the VF in both eyes(P＜0.05).Stratified regression analysis showed that both dominant and non dominant eye SE and eye position control had a significant impact on binocular VF(P＜0.05).Compared with preoperative results,the postop-erative VF in both eyes of the patient significantly improved(P＜0.05).The recovery after bilateral VF surgery was corre-lated with surgical age,eye position control,and myopic refractive error of the dominant and non dominant eyes(P＜0.05).Conclusion Eye position control is a key factor affecting the development of bilateral VF and postoperative recovery in CX children,and those with good control have better preoperative VF and better postoperative recovery.关键词
