OCTA下不同屈光度近视患者黄斑区浅层视网膜变化与视功能相关性研究
Correlation between superficial retinal changes in macular area and visual function in myopia patients with differ-ent diopters under optical coherence tomography angiography

Abstract
Objective To analyze the relationship between shallow retinal changes in the macular area and visual function in myopic patients with different refractive powers using optical coherence tomography angiography(OCTA)tech-nology.Method 100 myopic patients admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into mild myopia group,moderate myopia group,and high myopia group according to different refractive powers.All patients were required to collect basic information upon admission and undergo OCTA exami-nation to measure and compare the superficial retinal vascular density and retinal thickness in the macular area.All patients were measured for best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)using a medical optometry instrument,and Pearson correlation analysis was used to examine the correlation between changes in the superficial macular retina and visual function in myopic patients with different refractive powers.Result Among the 100 patients,60 had mild myopia,accounting for 60.00%;30 cases of moderate myopia,accounting for 30.00%;10 cases of high myopia,accounting for 10.00%;There were 0 cases of extremely high myopia,accounting for 0.00%.There were no significant differences in gender,age,intraocular pressure,corneal thickness,lens thickness,and central anterior chamber depth among the three groups of patients(P>0.05);The BCVA,macular retinal vascular density,and retinal thickness in the high myopia group were lower than those in the moderate myopia group and mild myo-pia group,and the above indicators were lower in the moderate myopia group than in the mild myopia group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the retinal vascular density in the macular area of myopic patients with different refractive powers was positively correlated with BCVA(r>0,P<0.05);The macular retinal thickness of myopic patients with different refractive powers is positively correlated with BCVA(r>0,P<0.05).The multiple linear regression analysis results showed that both macular retinal vascular density and retinal thickness were influencing factors on visual function in myopic patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The macular retinal vascular density and retinal thickness in myopic patients with different refractive powers under OCTA are related to visual function and are risk factors for the decline of visual function in myopic patients.关键词
