Consensus on the diagnosis and management of histiocytic necrotizing lympadenitis in children
摘要
Abstract
Histiocytic necrotizing lymphadenitis(HNL)is an immune dysregulated disease.The clinical manifestations of this disease vary greatly among individuals,and laboratory tests lack specificity,making it prone to misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis in the early stage.Currently,there is no standardized consensus or guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of HNL reported.This consensus has formed recommendations on 11 clinical problems related to the diagnosis and treatment of HNL,aiming to provide more effective guidance for pediatric clinical doctors in China,standardize the diagnosis,treatment,and long-term follow-up management of HNL in children,and improve its prognosis.关键词
