二氧化碳点阵激光联合富血小板血浆及皮下分离术治疗痤疮凹陷性瘢痕的临床研究
Clinical study on the treatment of acne scars with carbon dioxide dot matrix laser combined with platelet rich plasma and subcutaneous separation surgery

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of carbon dioxide dot matrix laser(CO2)combined with platelet rich plasma(PRP)and subcutaneous dissection in the treatment of acne scars.Methods This study is a prospective study,which included 40 patients with acne scars who visited the Dermatology Department of the First People's Hospital of Baiyin from August 2021 to December 2022 as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(20 cases:CO2 dot matrix laser combined with subcutaneous separation treatment)and observation group(20 cases:CO2 dot matrix laser combined with PRP and subcutaneous separation treatment),and the treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The total effective rate(100.00％)and self treatment satisfaction rate(95.00％)of patients in the observation group after treatment were higher than those in the control group(75.00％)and 60.00％,respectively.In addition,the clinical score scale(ECCA)(47.73±3.51)and incidence of adverse reactions(15.00％)of acne scars in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group(49.73±3.54)and incidence of adverse reactions(42.00％),with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusions The combination of CO2 dot matrix laser and subcutaneous separation with PRP treatment can effectively improve the treatment effect and alleviate acne scar symptoms in patients with acne scars.The side effects are relatively small,and patients have high satisfaction with the self treatment effect.关键词
