Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of modified Liangxue Wuhua Decoction combined with Shugan Pills and Nd:YAG laser treatment on the TCM syndrome score,skin barrier function and facial lesion score of chloasma in patients with chloasma.Methods:A total of 74 patients with melasma who received treatment at Henan Jingcheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Dermatology Hospital from April 2022 to June 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to different treatment methods,with 37 cases in each group.Among the control group,37 patients with chloasma who were treated with Nd:YAG laser alone were included in the reference control group.The observation group was based on the control group.The combined treatment with Liangxue Wuhua Decoction and Shugan Pills included 37 patients with chloasma in the observation group.The total effective rate,lesion area,skin barrier function,TCM syndrome score and improvement of lesion color of the two groups of patients with chloasma were compared.Results The total effective rate of patients with chloasma in the observation group(97.29％)was significantly higher than that in the reference group and control group(81.08％),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Moreover,the improvement of lesion area,skin barrier function,TCM syndrome score,and lesion color in the observation group was significantly better than that in the reference group and control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusions The implementation of Liangxue Wuhua Decoction combined with Shugan Pills modified and Nd:YAG laser treatment for patients with chloasma can significantly improve the TCM syndrome score,skin barrier function,and facial lesion score of chloasma.关键词
