强脉冲光联合1 064 nm Nd:YAG激光治疗黄褐斑的临床效果观察

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of intense pulsed light(IPL)combined with 1064nm Nd:YAG laser in the treatment of facial melasma.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 90 patients with facial melasma from January 2023 to December 2024.They were divided into an experimental group(45 cases)and a control group(45 cases)according to different treatment methods.The control group received IPL treatment,while the experimental group received IPL combined with 1064nm Nd:YAG laser treatment.Evaluate and compare the area and severity score(MASI),melanin index(MI),erythema index(EI),clinical efficacy rate,recurrence rate,and adverse reactions between two groups of melasma.Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group had lower MASI scores and a higher rate of score decline after treatment(P＜0.05);The MI value of the experimental group decreased more significantly after treatment compared to the control group(P＜0.05),while the difference in EI value between the two groups was not statistically significant(P＞0.05);The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the pigment recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＜0.05).Conclusions IPL combined with 1064nm Nd:YAG laser has significant therapeutic effects on facial melasma,with more thorough pigment removal,lower recurrence rate,and good safety after treatment.It is an effective treatment for facial melasma.关键词
