Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of traditional chinese medicine facial mask combined with red light therapy on facial acne vulgaris.Methods From 2022.5 to 2024.6,86 patients with facial acne vulgaris who were admitted to the outpatient department were randomly divided into two groups by number table.43 patients in the control group were treated with red light therapy,and 43 patients in the observation group were treated with Chinese medicine facial mask on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The efficacy comparison showed that the observation group had significantly higher efficacy,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);After treatment,the subjective and objective symptom scores of the observation group were both lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in skin barrier function between groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,the observation group had lower TEWL and sebum content,and higher water content in the stratum corneum,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05);The comparison of adverse reactions between groups showed no statistically significant difference(P＞0.05),while the recurrence rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusions The combination of traditional Chinese medicine facial mask and red light therapy for facial acne vulgaris helps to quickly control symptoms,repair skin barrier function,and has high safety,which can reduce the risk of recurrence.关键词
