Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect and application value of composite tissue flap in relieving upper eyelid depression in patients undergoing eyebrow reshaping and lifting surgery.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 40 patients admitted to Tianjin Xiqing Kanghui Medical Cosmetology Hospital from June 2023 to August 2024.All these 40 patients underwent eyebrow reshaping and lifting surgery combined with the overlapping method of composite tissue flap.The clinical effects before and after the surgery of the patients were carefully compared and analyzed.Results All 40 patients in this group were followed up for 6 months after the surgery.The follow-up results showed that the skin relaxation of the upper eyelid and outer canthus of all patients was basically corrected,the problem of upper eyelid depression was significantly improved,and the surgical incision scar was not obvious.Conclusions The application of the composite tissue flap method in eyebrow reshaping and lifting surgery can effectively promote the rejuvenation of the periorbital area and has a high application value in clinical practice.关键词
