黄金微针联合点阵二氧化碳激光与瘢痕松解术治疗凹陷性痤疮瘢痕的疗效观察和体验感分析
Observation and experiential analysis of the efficacy of gold microneedle and carbon dioxide fractional laser combined with keloid release in the treatment of depressed acne scars

Abstract
Objective This study aimed to assess the clinical efficacy of combining gold microneedle therapy with dot-matrix CO2 laser treatment and scar lysis for depressed acne scars,as well as to evaluate patient experience and comfort.Methods From January to May 2024,a total of 98 patients with depressed acne scars were assigned to either the observation group or the control group based on the treatment method.The observation group(n=49)received treatment involving gold microneedle radiofrequency in conjunction with fractional CO2 laser therapy and scar lysis,while the control group(n=49)underwent treatment with CO2 laser therapy and scar lysis alone.Comparative analysis was conducted between the two groups based on scar severity assessment using the échelle d'évaluation clinique des cicatrices(ECCA)score,Global Aesthetic Improvement Scale(GAIS),Facial Acne Scar Quality of Life(FASQoL)score,and patient-reported outcomes including time to resolution of pain,bruising,swelling,redness,and pigmentation changes.Results Both groups exhibited a significant reduction in ECCA scores(P<0.05),with the observation group demonstrating significantly lower scores compared to the control group(P<0.05).The overall treatment efficacy in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).FASQoL scores decreased significantly in both groups(P<0.05),with a more pronounced reduction observed in the observation group compared to the control group(P<0.05).Following the second and third treatments,significant differences were noted in pain,swelling,redness,and pigmentation between the observation and control groups(P<0.05).Moreover,a significant disparity was observed in the total experience score between the observation and control groups(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of gold microneedle radiofrequency,dot-matrix CO2 laser therapy,and scar lysis is an effective approach for treating depressed acne scars,enhancing facial aesthetics,and supporting skin barrier function recovery.Patients reported positive experiences,indicating promising clinical utility.关键词
