摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of the combination therapy of Licorzine Granules and delicate pulse light(DPL)in the treatment of refractory papulopustular rosacea(PPR).Methods A prospective,randomized,double-blind study was conducted on 96 patients with refractory PPR in our hospital from January 2023 to January 2025.These patients were divided into a control group and an experimental group using a random number table method, with 48 patients in each group. The control group was received DPL treatment, while the experimental group was received licorzine granules combined with DPL treatment. The treatment efficacy, symptom improvement time, and safety were compared between the two groups,as well as the changes in serum inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),antimicrobial peptide-37(LL-37),and S100 calcium-binding protein A9(S100A9)]and skin barrier function before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the improvement time for various symptoms was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of serum TNF-α,IL-1β,LL-37,and S100A9 in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the transepidermal water loss value in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, while the stratum corneum moisture content and skin elasticity were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The combination of licorzine granules and DPL has shown significant efficacy in treating patients with refractory PPR,reducing inflammatory reactions, improving skin barrier function, and alleviating skin symptoms.关键词
