强脉冲光联合多西环素治疗玫瑰痤疮的临床观察

Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of strong pulsed light combined with doxycycline in the treatment of rosacea and its impact on the skin barrier.Methods Fifty patients with rosacea admitted to Mindong Hospital affiliated to Fujian Medical University from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected and divided into a combination group(intense pulsed light+doxycycline)and a single group(doxycycline).The improvement of the red zone was quantitatively assessed using a VISIA skin analyzer,and serum levels of CRP and TNF-α were measured.The DLQI scale was used to assess quality of life,and adverse reactions were recorded.Results The total effective rate in the combination group(84.00%)was significantly higher than that in the single group(56.00%),with a statistically significant difference(P=0.031).After treatment,the improvement in VISIA scores,CRP,TNF-α,clinical symptom scores,and quality of life index scores in the combination group were significantly better than those in the single group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in baseline characteristics and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The combination of intense pulsed light and doxycycline has a significant effect on the treatment of rosacea,which can improve pathological characteristics,alleviate inflammatory reactions,improve clinical symptoms and quality of life,and does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions in patients.关键词
