Abstract
Objective To compare the effects of oral collagen peptides with sodium hyaluronate collagen peptides on stratum corneum water content,transepidermal water loss and skin conditions in specific areas around the eyes and cheeks,so as to provide a reliable clinical basis for whether such nutrients have skin anti-aging functions.Methods A randomized,controlled,and single-blind method was used to test the efficacy and safety evaluation of the two nutrients before and 4 weeks after the administration.Results The collagen peptide and sodium hyaluronate collagen peptide had significant improvements in the overall skin condition,surface pigment,deep pigment,smoothness,wrinkles(deep,superficial,fine lines),red area,transepithelial water loss and stratum corneum water content,and did not cause serious adverse reactions.At the same time,compared with the collagen peptide group,the transepidermal water loss and water content of the stratum corneum were more significantly improved in the sodium hyaluronate collagen peptide group,and there was no statistical difference in the other aspects.Conclusion Oral administration of collagen peptides and sodium hyaluronate collagen peptides can improve wrinkles,improve skin smoothness,reduce the number of pores and pigment to solve the problem of skin aging,and are safe and well tolerated during and after application.关键词
