Abstract
Objective To Explore and analyze the effect of compound Huangbai liquid coating combined with red and blue light therapy on mild to moderate facial acne.Methods From January 2023 to January 2025,196 patients with mild to moderate facial acne admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods:the control group and the observation group,with 98 patients in each group.They were treated with red and blue light therapy and compound Huangbai liquid coating combined with red and blue light therapy,respectively.The efficacy,skin physiological indicators,acne scar scores,and inflammatory response of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment,the observation group had a higher therapeutic effect than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the facial score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the global rating(IGA)and clinical acne scar rating(ECCA)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The combination of compound Huangbai liquid coating and red blue light therapy can improve the efficacy of treating mild to moderate facial acne,promote the improvement of patients'skin physiological indicators and acne scar scores,and has high safety.关键词
