微针联合治疗对中重度雄激素性秃发患者心理精神健康状态的有效性评价

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of microneedle combined therapy on mental health state in patients with moderate to severe androgenetic alopecia.Methods Forty patients with moderate to severe androgenetic alopecia,including 31 males and 9 females,were enrolled in the dermatology department of Beijing Jishuitan Hospital from October 2022 to November 2022.The improvement of mental health state,quality of life and adverse reactions of the patients before and after microneedle combined treatment were investigated.Results A total of 22 of the 40 patients(55%)had mental and psychological factors before treatment,but none(0%)had mental and psychological factors after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).DLQI score decreased after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Microneedle combined therapy can improve the mental state of patients with moderate to severe androgenetic alopecia,and has a great effect on the improvement of the assessment of patients'quality of life.关键词
