教育数字化赋能教育强国建设的战略构想及实现路径
The strategic conception and implementation path of empowering the construction of a leading country in education with the educational digitalization——Interpretation of the Outline of the Plan for Building a Leading Country in Education(2024-2035)

Abstract
On the occasion of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,timely re-lease of the Outline of the Plan for Building a a Leading Country in Education(2024-2035)has im-portant strategic value and significance.Digitization of education is the only way to achieve the con-struction of a leading country in education and must be highly valued.Based on the interpretation of the Outline,a strategic concept of empowering the construction of a leading country in education with educational digitization is proposed.Furthermore,the implementation path of empowering the con-struction of a leading country in education with educational digitalization is proposed from ten aspects,including planning and development,online education,and urban-rural integration of education.In the future,it is necessary to fully utilize the"breakthrough"role of educational digitalization and plan ahead on how educational digitalization can support and lead the construction of a Leading Country in Education.关键词
