摘要

Abstract

The innovative application of generative artificial intelligence(GenAI)education products in higher education is a key research topic in the digital transformation of higher education.This study conducts a coding analysis of 37 generative AI education products targeting the higher edu-cation field,focusing on their basic information,educational functions,and the empowerment logic of generative AI.The findings reveal several common characteristics of GenAI education applications:"explosive growth in the number of GenAI education products with weak subject specificity,""promi-nent learning assistance features with limited exploration of deep human-computer interaction sce-narios,"and"weak analytical capabilities for multi-dimensional data in products."Finally,the study proposes three actionable development directions for GenAI products:"Establishing two-way commu-nication channels between different educational stakeholders to enhance embedded support during teaching processes.""Utilizing generative AI learning analytics capabilities to support data-driven teaching decisions.""Developing vertical large models tailored to specific disciplines and professional competencies at different educational stages.".
