人工智能赋能医学院校师资建设的研究
A study on the empowerment of faculty development in medical colleges through artificial intelligence

Abstract
At present,the strategic action of educational digitization in China is evolving from"3C"to"3I".With the advent of the digital intelligence era,the reform of higher medical education is faced with both opportunities and challenges.Among them,the construction of teaching staff in medi-cal colleges is of the utmost importance.Currently,there are issues such as the need to update educa-tional concepts,insufficient professional development,the urgent need to improve digital literacy,and the imbalanced structure among the teaching staff in medical colleges.Empowering the construction of teaching staff in medical colleges with artificial intelligence,it can be achieved through measures such as strengthening the integration of ideological and political guidance and digital intelligence teaching,formulating development plans for teaching staff,enhancing digital literacy to develop digital intelli-gence thinking,and optimizing the structure.These measures can promote the reform of the construc-tion of medical education teaching staff,enabling the construction of teaching staff in medical colleges to keep pace with the times in the digital intelligence era,and further driving the continuous high-quality development of medical education in the process of reform.关键词
