护理专业学生对AIGC应用于护理教育和实践的态度调查
A study on nursing students'attitudes regarding the application of AIGC in nursing education and practice

Abstract
Objective This study aimed to investigate and analyze the attitudes of nursing stu-dents towards the application of generative artificial intelligence(AIGC)in nursing education and prac-tice.Methods A survey was conducted among undergraduate nursing students from the 2020 to 2023 cohorts at Shenyang Medical College using an online questionnaire.The study assessed students'cur-rent engagement with AIGC technologies,their attitudes toward its application,and their perspec-tives on its impact on future career development.Results The proportion of students actively using AIGC technology was relatively low at 16.1%,with occasional use mainly for academic inquiries and information searches.Students generally perceived AIGC as having potential in academic support and simulated patient communication but they also identified challenges such as insufficient guidance and uneven technical proficiency.Additionally,students expressed support for the application of AIGC in clinical practice while voicing concerns about data privacy and security.Regarding employment im-pacts,the majority of students held a positive attitude yet they also expressed apprehension about po-tential occupational threats.Further analysis revealed that first-year students had significantly higher levels of concern(P<0.05)compared to senior students.Similarly,students without prior AI experi-ence showed more apprehension than those with usage experience(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing stu-dents maintain a positive yet cautious attitude towards the application of AIGC in nursing education and practice.In the era of AIGC,the education system should actively embrace technological transfor-mation by employing strategies that balance"self-awareness"and"awareness of AIGC".This ap-proach should preserve the core values of the nursing profession while leveraging the advantages of AI technology to reshape the nursing talent cultivation system.关键词
