山东省大学生仿制药认知态度分析
A Survey of Knowledge-Attitude-Practice on Generic Drugs for College Students in Shandong Province

Abstract
Objective To analyze the knowledge-attitude-practice of college students on generic drugs.Methods A self-made questionnaire was conducted,and the convenient sampling method was used.The basic situation of the respondents,the way of cognition and understanding of generic drugs,the attitude and practice of the use of generic drugs,the factors affecting the choice of generic drugs for college students in Shandong Province were surveyed,and put forward suggestions for policy formulation.Results A total of 369 valid questionnaires were collected.The respondents were mostly females(255 case,69.11%),the average age was about 21 years old.343 respondents(92.95%)were undergraduates and 26 respondents(7.05%)were postgraduates.233 respondents(63.14%)lived in urbanareas and 136(36.86%)respondents lived in rural areas.322 respondents(87.26%)believed that the price of generic drugs was more affordable than that of original drugs.36 respondents(9.76%)were very unfamiliar with the country's policy on generic drugs and their centralized procurement,and 144 people(39.30%)were unfamiliar.143 respondents(38.75%)were uncertain attitude about the nature of generic drugs,and 6 respondents(1.63%)were negative.192 respondents(52.03%)would actively choose generic drugs,and 130 respondents(35.23%)would actively recommend generic drugs.Conclusion The price advantage of generic drugs has been recognized by survey respondents,but the negative news about generic drugs in the society has an important impact on the choice of medication.It is suggested to increase awareness campaigns about generic drug to promote their correct understanding.关键词
