BOPPPS联合案例教学法用于临床药物治疗学课堂教学实践
Application of BOPPPS Combined with Case-Based Learning in Classroom Teaching Practice of Clinical Pharmacotherapy

Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of the BOPPPS combined with case-based learning(CBL,referred to as the combined teaching method)in the classroom teaching practice of Clinical Pharmacotherapeutics.Methods A total of 18 undergraduates of grade 2020(before the teaching reform)and 15 undergraduates of grade 2021(after the teaching reform)in pharmacy in Army Medical University were selected as the control group and the observation group,respectively.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,while the observation group adopted the combined teaching method.Taking the chapter"Rational Use of Antibacterial Drugs"as an example,the theoretical knowledge scores of the two groups were compared.A self-made questionnaire survey was used to evaluate the students'feelings(non-conformity,less-conformity,more-conformity and very-conformity)of the observation group on the improved teaching from six dimensions:improving the preview effect,enhancing the learning initiative,increasing the communication and interaction,having a sense of participation in the learning process,improving the clinical thinking ability and improving the learning efficiency.Results The course covered knowledge from multiple disciplines,with rich content,strong practicality and applicability,and difficult to learn.The proportion of theoretical knowledge score distribution≥60 points in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(100%vs.88.89%).Moreover,the assessment score was(82.54±5.72)points,which was significantly higher than(74.79±8.90)points in the control group(P<0.05).A total of 15 questionnaires were distributed,with an effective rate of 100.00%.None of the students in the observation group selected less-conformity and non-conformity.The combined teaching method greatly improved the preview effect,enhanced the learning initiative,increased the communication and interaction,had the sense of participation in the learning process,improved the clinical thinking ability and improved the learning efficiency.The choice was very-consistent with the proportion of more than 70%.Conclusion In the course of Clinical Pharmacotherapeutics,the combined teaching method can effectively improve students'active learning ability and clinical problem solving ability,and enhance the teaching effect.This study provides new ideas and models for the cultivation of innovative talents in pharmacy majors.关键词
