巨变与赋能:长江十年禁渔背景下退捕渔民的适应性研究
Dramatic changes and empowerment:adaptation study of retired fishermen under the background of the 10-year fishing ban on the Yangtze River:the case of retired fishermen in four provinces of the Yangtze River Basin

Abstract
The"Ten-Year Fishing Ban"plan on the Yangtze River is an important action to realize the concept of"ecological priority and green development".As the core implementation group and stakeholder of this policy,the fishermen's adaptive status after the fishery withdrawal has a direct impact on the implementation effect of the policy.Relying on the theory of sustainable livelihoods,this paper uses structural equation modeling to investigate the impacts of human,physical and social capital on the adaptability of retired fishermen by combining the field research data of retired fishermen in Hunan,Hubei,Jiangsu and Jiangxi Provinces.The results show that the adaptability of retired fishermen is significantly related to human capital,physical capital and social capital.In order to further enhance the adaptability of retired fishermen,this paper suggests strengthening the education level and individualized vocational training of fishermen,enhancing health management and psychological support,providing retired fishermen with the necessary economic assistance and infrastructure,and strengthening the construction of social networks for retired fishermen.关键词
