我国远洋渔业可持续发展法律问题研究
Research on the legal issues of sustainable development of pelagic fishery in China
摘要
Abstract
The development of China's Pelagic fishery industry is currently showing a positive trend,but it still faces challenges such as tight fishery resources,intensified international market competition,and insufficient management of distant-water fishing vessels.By pointing out the legal issues in the development process of China's Pelagic fishery,such as the bankruptcy faced by Chinese distant-water fishing enterprises due to the long-arm jurisdiction of the United States,the difficulty in implementing laws and regulations due to weak domestic legislative coordination,the inability to improve the comprehensive governance level of distant-water fishing due to insufficient law enforcement efforts in China,and the lack of legal risk awareness among Chinese distant-water fishing enterprises,combined with the development requirements of the"14th Five-Year Plan"for distant-water fishing,The following legal recommendations are proposed:1.Respond quickly;2.Optimize and improve legislation;3.Enhance law enforcement capabilities;4.Raising legal risk awareness.So as to promote the sustainable development of China's distant-water fishery.关键词
