Construction of maritime granary in Liaoning coastal greater bay area:a new path for sustainable development
摘要
Abstract
The No.1 Central Document of 2025 emphasizes the need to practice a broad view of agriculture and food,develop food resources in all directions and through multiple channels,promote the modernization of the fishery industry,and ensure national food security.To alleviate the pressure on land-based food supply and achieve sustainable development,the construction of an"ocean granary"is imperative.The Liaoning Coastal Bay Area,which includes five cities-Dalian,Yingkou,Panjin,Jinzhou,and Huludao,has a unique geographical location and marine resources,laying a solid foundation for the construction of an ocean granary.However,many difficulties and challenges still exist in the process of construction.Therefore,based on an analysis of the background,resource advantages,and challenges faced in the construction of an ocean granary in the Liaoning Coastal Bay Area,this study proposes new paths for achieving sustainable development in the construction of an ocean granary,aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the construction of an ocean granary in the Liaoning Coastal Bay Area.关键词
