The development status and trends prospect of aquatic product processing and distribution industry in Hainan Province

Abstract
The processing and circulation industry of aquatic products is an important link in enhancing and extending the value chain of fisheries,as well as a key link in ensuring high-quality and safe supply of aquatic products and achieving high-quality development of fisheries.As a major province in marine fisheries,Hainan Province has superior natural geographical environment and abundant tropical marine resources,providing excellent conditions for the development of aquatic product processing.In recent years,the processing and circulation industry of aquatic products has developed rapidly and achieved significant results.However,in the face of complex domestic and international situations and increasing market risks,the development of Hainan's aquatic product processing and circulation industry still faces multiple challenges.To this end,this study first deeply analyzes and sorts out the current situation and characteristics of the development of Hainan's aquatic product processing and circulation industry.Then,based on the comparison of the development of domestic and foreign aquatic product processing and circulation industries,it analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by Hainan's aquatic product processing and circulation industry.Finally,it points out that in the next five to ten years,Hainan's aquatic product processing and circulation will present trends such as high-value aquatic product processing,efficient logistics system,and diversified transaction methods.关键词
