澳大利亚水产养殖业应对金融危机的经验借鉴
The study on the lessons learned from Australia's aquaculture industry in coping with the financial crisis

Abstract
Australia was the world's important fisheries nation,with its aquaculture industry primarily focused on high-value aquatic products such as salmon,tuna,and oysters.Renowned for their excellent quality,these products had long occupied an important position in the international market.However,due to the ripple effects of the 2008 global financial crisis,the market demand for Australia's premium aquatic products experienced significant fluctuations,and the industry's export performance came under considerable pressure.In response to these challenges,the Australian government and relevant industry bodies implemented a series of policy adjustments,fiscal subsidies,and refined supervisory measures.Emphasis was placed on the development of branded,high-quality aquatic products and the cultivation of premium product reputations.Simultaneously,Australia continuously increased investment in basic research in aquaculture,improved farming technologies,and accelerated the transformation and upgrading of traditional farming models.Moreover,to further enhance international competitiveness,Australia had persistently improved the integration of industry,academia,and research,establishing effective mechanisms for the commercialization and industrialization of research outcomes.As a result,Australia's advanced aquaculture technologies were rapidly and widely promoted and applied during the financial crisis,thereby further improving production efficiency.These efforts not only ensured a smooth transition through the crisis but also laid a solid foundation for sustainable development in the subsequent period.This paper aims to analyze how Australia's aquaculture industry maintained stable development amidst the global financial crisis,in order to uncover the proactive measures undertaken.Drawing on this analysis and in light of the current situation and challenges faced by China's aquaculture industry,this paper proposes practical policy recommendations,including optimizing aquaculture structures,deepening the construction of the research system,and enhancing the development of aquaculture talent teams.The goal is to provide valuable insights and references for China's aquaculture sector to effectively respond to the complex and ever-changing international landscape,including challenges such as the China-US trade war.关键词
