数字金融对我国海洋生态福利绩效的影响研究
Research on the impact of digital finance on China's marine ecological well-being performance

Abstract
The performance of marine ecological well-being is a fundamental reflection of the relationship between marine economic efficiency,marine ecological environment,and people's welfare.Digital finance,as one of the powerful drivers of new quality productivity,provides a new way to enhance the performance of marine ecological well-being.The article uses super-efficiency SBM model to measure the performance level of marine ecological well-being in 11 coastal provinces from year 2011 to 2020.It empirically analyzes the impact mechanism of digital finance on marine ecological well-being performance and constructs a panel threshold model to examine the nonlinear impact of digital finance on marine ecological well-being performance.The results show that during the study period,China's marine ecological well-being performance experienced a process of first decreasing and then increasing,and this turning point roughly occurred in 2013.Digital finance has a significant promoting effect on the performance of marine ecological well-being.The impact of digital finance on marine ecological well-being performance has a single threshold effect with the upgrading of marine industry structure and fiscal expenditure on marine environmental protection as threshold variables.Research can provide policy insights for promoting the development of digital finance and improving the performance level of marine ecological well-being.关键词
