摘要
Abstract
The proposal of new quality productivity has provided new impetus for the high-quality development of China's economy,and developing marine new quality productivity has become an inevitable choice to accelerate the construction of a maritime power in such a new era.This paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system of marine new quality productivity,uses entropy weight TOPSIS method to measure the marine new quality productivity development level of 11 coastal provinces(autonomous regions,municipalities directly under the Central Government)in China during the period of 2012-2021,and further employs the Dagum Gini coefficient method and Kernel density estimation method to analyze the regional difference as well as the dynamic evolution characteristics.Research reveals that:(1)the overall development level of China's marine new quality productivity is not high,and it varies in different regions,with the level of eastern ocean economic circle significantly surpassing that of the southern and northern ocean economic circle;(2)the regional difference in China's marine new quality productivity development level shows a repeated fluctuation of"increase-decrease-increase",which mainly stems from hyperdensity;(3)the development level of marine new quality productivity in the three major ocean economic circles all presents a certain degree of polarization,and in the eastern ocean economic circle this phenomenon is becoming prominent.This study can provide reference for the cultivation and development of marine new quality productivity,thereby making beneficial contributions to the high-quality development of marine economy.关键词
