刺猬皮的氨基酸类和微量元素成分分析及抗炎作用研究
Analysis of amino acids and trace elements of hedgehog skin and investigation of its anti-inflammatory effect

Abstract
Objective To analyze the amino acids and trace elements in hedgehog skin and preliminarily investigate the anti-inflammatory effects of its extracts.Methods Ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS)was employed to determine the types and total content of amino acids.Flame atomic absorption spectrometry was used to detect trace elements.Acute and chronic inflammatory models were established to evaluate the anti-inflammatory effects of hedgehog skin extracts.Levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA),and myeloperoxidase(MPO)in foot homogenates were measured.Pathological changes in foot tissues were observed via hematoxylin-eosin(HE)staining.Results Hedgehog skin contained 17 amino acids and trace elements such as magnesium(Mg)and iron(Fe).Compared with the model group,all dose groups of hedgehog skin extracts showed reduced auricular swelling,foot swelling,dry weight of cotton ball granuloma,peritoneal capillary permeability,MDA and MPO levels,and neutrophil infiltration,while SOD levels were elevated(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Hedgehog skin extract can effectively inhibit the inflammatory response of mice and reduce the level of oxidative stress in the body,which may be related to the presence of a variety of amino acids and trace elements with anti-inflammatory effects in hedgehog skin.关键词
