基于痰湿体质的高尿酸血症防治策略研究进展
Research progress on the prevention and treatment strategy of hyperuricemia based on phlegm-dampness constitution

Abstract
Medicine explores the relationship between health and disease,and the idea of"treating the disease before it occurs"in Chinese medicine is emphasized.The role of TCM somatology is important,containing levels such as body identification and disease prevention.In modern times,the correlation between hyperuricemia(HUA)and the TCM constitution using the"Nine Body Classification Method"shows that phlegm-dampness is common.From the theory of"body-disease correlation",phlegm-dampness is a factor influencing the onset and progression of HUA.At the genetic level,it is at risk of metabolic disorders and is genetically related to HUA,insulin resistance is closely related to it;chronic low-grade inflammation may exacerbate inflammation in HUA,immune cell disorders may exacerbate the immune imbalance in HUA,and disturbances in the intestinal flora may be a mechanism of HUA susceptibility.The Chinese medicine treatment of HUA emphasizes strengthening the spleen and dispelling dampness,and regulating phlegm-dampness is the key to preventing and controlling HUA,which can be helpful for"treating the disease before it occurs"and HUA prevention and treatment.关键词
