Influencing factors and intervention progress of social alienation in stroke patients
摘要
Abstract
Stroke is a chronic non-communicable disease characterized by cerebral circulation disorders leading to structural and functional damage of brain tissue.It requires long-term rehabilitation,during which patients often face prolonged illness duration,multiple sequelae,and changes in body image,all of which increase the risk of social isolation.Social isolation is prevalent among stroke patients and can adversely affect cognitive function,hinder recovery,and create a vicious cycle.Therefore,addressing social isolation in stroke patients is crucial for promoting mental health and facilitating the rehabilitation process.This article provides an overview of the concept of social isolation,reviewing the current status and adverse consequences of social isolation in stroke patients,influencing factors,and intervention strategies.The aim is to offer insights into reducing social isolation among stroke patients and to provide new directions for future interventional research.关键词
