基于Web of Science数据库的中国侵袭性真菌病文献计量学分析
Bibliometric analysis on invasive fungal diseases in China based on Web of Science database

Abstract
Objective To analyze the status and hotspots of invasive fungal diseases(IFDs)research in China from 2019 to 2024 based on bibliometric methods.Method Based on the Web of Science core collection database,we revealed the charac-teristics of published articles,highly cited papers,and key research directions.VOSviewer was applied to analyze keyword clustering.CiteSpace was used for keyword burst maps.Results A total of 3801 articles were retrieved,covering 539 jour-nals.The citation frequency of papers was increased over year,with the highest citation frequency of a single paper being 529 times.The papers received a total of 4583 grants from various funds,with a funding ratio of 81.6%(3103/3801).The top five influential research fields were microbiology,infectious diseases,immunology,mycology,and pharmacology pharmacy.Key words co-occurrence,clustering and mutation analysis found that the research hotspots of IFDs in China included:the management of IFDs in immunocompromised populations,novel diagnostic techniques based on molecular biology,research on the biological characteristics and drug resistance of fungal pathogens,and the interaction between fungi and host immuni-ty,etc.Conclusions In the past five years,researches on IFDs in China were focused on the clinical diagnosis and treat-ment,pathogenic mechanisms and fungal resistance.Immunocompromised individuals such as CO VID-19 infected patients were the key populations for research.关键词
