上海市皮肤病医院住院患者浅部真菌病临床和病原菌分析
Clinical and etiological analysis of superficial mycoses in inpatientsof Shanghai Skin Disease Hospital

Abstract
Objective To analyze the incidence and pathogenic fungal species composition of superficial mycoses in inpa-tients of the Shanghai Skin Disease Hospital,and to explore the co-occurrence of superficial fungal infections with skin disea-ses in inpatients.Methods The clinical characteristics and results of fungal fluorescence staining microscopy and fungal cul-ture of 269 inpatients diagnosed with superficial mycoses in our hospital from October 2022 to October 2024 were analyzed.Results Among the 269 inpatients with superficial mycoses,male patients accounted for 75.09％,which was higher than female patients(24.91％).There was a significant difference in the gender composition of tinea cruris(P＜0.05).The age distribution was mostly between 61 to 80 years old,and there was a significant difference in the age distribution of onycho-mycosis(P＜0.05).The clinical classification was mainly tinea pedis(106 cases,39.41％).Only 86 of the 269 inpatients completed fungal culture,with a submission rate of 34.94％.Among the 90 strains isolated,dermatophytes had an advan-tage in the composition of the fungal population(42 strains,46.67％).Among the other skin disease complicated by super-ficial fungal infections in the inpatient department,eczema was the most common(41 cases,15.24％),followed by erysipe-las(32 cases,11.90％),and then psoriasis(31 cases,11.52％).Among them,the combination of bacterial skin infection of the foot and tinea pedis had the highest proportion of 77.78％,and the combination of psoriasis and onychomycosis had the highest proportion of 38.71％.Conclusion Tinea pedis and onychomycosis constitute the majority of superficial mycoses in inpatients at the Shanghai Skin Disease Hospital,and the main pathogenic fungi are Trichophyton rubrum and Candida albicans.The top three co-occurring skin diseases are eczema,erysipelas,and psoriasis.关键词
