摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the epidemiological characteristics and influencing factors of invasive pulmonary fungal infections(IPFIs)in 68 pediatric cases, with the aim of raising clinical awareness and providing a scientific reference for pre-vention,treatment,and reduction of mortality associated with the disease.Method A total of 68 children diagnosed with IPFI were retrospectively analyzed.Data including demographic information, clinical manifestations, microbiological find-ings,and imaging features were collected.Statistical analysis was performed to summarize the epidemiological profile and explore potential risk factors. Results Among the 68 cases,40 were male and 28 female. The most common clinical symp-tom was cough, followed by fever and expectoration.Moist rales were the predominant physical sign.A total of 73 fungal strains were isolated from the respiratory tracts of the 68 patients. The top three pathogens were Candida albicans(43 strains,58.90%),Candida parapsilosis(8 strains,10.96%),and Candida glabrata(7 strains,9.59%).IPFIs were predominantly observed in children with prolonged use of antibiotics, central venous catheterization, invasive mechanical ven-tilation,and parenteral nutrition. Conclusion Invasive pulmonary fungal infections in children are more common in newbo-rns,with Candida albicans as the main pathogen. The main clinical symptoms are non-specific,and there are differences in underlying diseases and invasive factors among different age groups.关键词
